Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment (if applicable) or arranged manually if another payment method was used.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or visibly worn items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Personalized or custom-made products
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
